IP Camera/Digital CCTV Price in the Philippines

CCTV system nowadays is becoming a top security solution to some business in the world.  Just in 2008 a lot of crimes have been determined throught the evidence rendered by CCTV cameras. Mostly, these cameras were installed in Banks where it plays a very significant role in any movement on the vicinity. In USA, cameras were situated strategically in airport and bus terminals where major terrorism might happen.

CCTV Solution or now may also called IP Camera solution was actually implemented in the Philippines. Cities and municipalities are among those places where government pay attention to deploy IP cameras. One example was MMDA Project, during Arroyo administration in coordination with former MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando implemented this solution. The cameras were installed along EDSA to monitor the traffic basically and motorist violations. 


IP Cameras are just digital cameras, the main difference is, it was connected to a private network for monitoring remotely. Different IP cameras are used in different purposes, there's a PTZ  or Pan-Tilt-Zoom Camera that mostly used in Airport and Malls. Usually the Zoom aspect of this camera can go up to 36X optical zoom to deliver quality report. Some kind of cameras like Night Vision camera was of course working best during night time. Depending on the budget and requirement, IP camera priced ranging from $50-$200 and all depending on brand and usage.
